long does it take to ship within the USA?
We ship UPS (Ground, 3 Day Select and 2nd Day Air) Monday
through Friday.
We manufacture all our products, products are built as orders
are received; most orders leave our facility within 48 hours.
Custom orders such as stone address columns and pet memorials
may require 3 to 5 days to complete. If you have questions
regarding your order, give us a call at 805.541.1025 or send
us an e-mail via service@saddlerockonline.com and we will track down the progress of your shipment.
Do
we ship outside the USA? No, sorry.
Due to cost, customs, and tracking issues, we do not ship
outside the contiguous 48 states.

if I want to make an Exchange on a product?
If the product is still in new condition we will exchange
it within 30 days of delivery. Please keep original
box and foam shipping pieces, so exchanges can be safely shipped
back. Additional Shipping charges will apply for
exchanged item.
